These areas did not start as a portfolio decision. They grew from project work - one customer needed workshop scheduling, the next needed audit-ready access controls, and eventually the pattern became clear.
In practice, these intersect - customer-facing operations depend on a solid IT foundation, and both generate the data that matters for governance and compliance. We build with those connections in mind, not in silos. Most of our work happens in mid-market organisations where these overlaps are felt the hardest.
